Debugging the Auto opt-in
If you are having problems with the Auto Opt-in addon, first thing to try is to move the token to just before the tag or at the lowest point in the non footer.html or header.html pages.
Second, if opening a support ticket, from the download page do a save page as or do a view source and save the html to a file and send it along with the ticket. It is also helpful to include the download.html, taf.html, etc.
Having those files allows us to see what is happening in the submission process.
